INSTRUCTOR TRAINING AREA COST STRUCTURE SURVEY OF FOOD CROP AND LIVESTOCK ENTERPRISES YEAR 2017

Instructor Training Area (INDA) Cost Structure Survey of Food Crops and Livestock Enterprises Year 2017 (SOUT2017) took place on 6 to 10 March 2017 at the Hotel Harris Ubung, Denpasar with the number of participants INDA BPS Bali as many as 15 people who will be deployed as an instructor throughout districts in Bali

The objective of this SOUT2017 activities are:
a. Getting accurate statistics on food crops and livestock in the form of a clear picture of the cost structure of the business household food crops and livestock in Indonesia.
b. To gather data on utilization profile food crops and livestock.
c. Obtain data about the socio-economic situation of domestic food crops and livestock enterprises.

Scope of food crops includes 8 (eight) commodities, namely rice paddy, dry rice, corn, soybeans, peanuts, green beans, cassava, and sweet potatoes. Meanwhile, the scope of livestock commodities includes twelve (12) of commodities, namely: buffalo, dairy cows, beef cattle, swine, sheep, goat, chicken, broiler, laying chicken, duck, duck manila, and rabbit pieces.

Hopefully, by the SOUT2017 activities can be obtained the data describing the cost structure of the business, household profiles, and socio-economic conditions of household food crops and livestock business
