The Farmer's Trade Rate (NTP) in June 2017 recorded a decline of 0.08 percent, from 104.57 in May 2017, to 104.49. In terms of index received by farmers (It), recorded an increase of 0.02 percent, from 130.29 in the previous month to 130.31. Meanwhile, in terms of index paid by farmers (Ib), recorded a bigger increase, ie 0.09 percent, from 124.59 to 124.71.
In June 2017, NTPs from five sub-sectors, two of which recorded a decline, namely Horticulture and Plantation Crops respectively by 0.92 percent and 0.75 percent. While the subsector recorded increased, including Food Crop (0.26 percent), Livestock (0.75 percent) and Fisheries (0.12 percent).
