Abstract

There were 150 foreign tourists who came directly to Bali Province in December 2020. There were 127 foreign tourists who came through I Gusti Ngurah Rai airport and 23 sea ports.

The number of foreign tourists to Bali Province in December 2020 increased as high as 183.02 percent compared to the record in November 2020 (m to m). When compared to December 2019 (y on y), the number of foreign tourists to Bali was recorded to have decreased by almost 100 percent (-99.97 percent).

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in December 2020 was recorded at 19.00 percent, up 9.68 points compared to the ROR for November 2020 (m to m) which was recorded at 9.32 percent. When compared to December 2019 (y on y) which reached 62.55 percent, the room occupancy rate in December 2020 was recorded to have decreased by 43.55 points. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels was recorded at 5.34 percent, up 2.31 points compared to November 2020.

The average length of stay of foreign and domestic guests at star hotels in Bali in December 2020 was recorded at 2.09 days, an increase of 0.29 points compared to the achievement in November 2020 (m to m) which was recorded at 1.80 days. When compared with the achievement in December 2019 (y on y) which was recorded at 2.75 days, this figure has decreased by 0.66 points [100-20210201]
