Abstract

Farmer's Exchange Rate Index (NTP) is the ratio of the price index received by farmers (It) to the index of price paid by farmers (Ib). NTP is one indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the terms of trade (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs. The Bali Province NTP Index in February 2022 was 94.33, down 0.30 percent compared to the previous month. The decrease in the NTP index was due to the Price Received by Farmers Index (It) which fell as deep as 0.61 percent, deeper than the 0.31 percent decline in the Index Paid by Farmers (Ib).
