Abstract

In August 2022 the Combined CPI of Denpasar City and Singaraja City was recorded to experience a deflation of 0.23 percent as indicated by a decrease in the Consumer Price Index (base year 2018=100) from 112.11 in July 2022 to 111.85 in August 2022. Meanwhile , the inflation rate for the calendar year (year to date/ytd) in August 2022 was 4.89 percent. The year-on-year inflation rate (August 2022 versus August 2021 or YoY) was recorded as high as 6.38 percent. [100-20220901]
