Construction Cost Index (CCI)

Construction Cost Index (CCI) is a price index that describes the level of construction cost of a county/city compared to the reference city (Samarinda).

CCI data obtained from the Survey of Construction Cost Index (VIKK ) special building materials/ construction, equipment rental and labor costs implemented in all districts/cities in Indonesia. CCI survey conducted every quarter, namely in January, April, July and October. CCI is one of the key components used for the calculation of the General Allocation Fund next fiscal year.
