Improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is a strategic effort in order to improve organizational performance. One
way to improve the quality of human resources through education and training
pursued systematically. Outbound lately increasingly popular among
practitioners of human resources training. Many companies large and small
companies, as well as government agencies utilize outbound methods in the development
of its human resources.
BPS Gianyar Regency recently also carry out similar activities. Outbound were held on Sunday, December 13, 2015 taking
place in the tourist areas Devasya Kintamani Toya. With outbound held is
expected to enhance the development of self and group ,through the
establishment of openness, tolerance, solidarity, sensitivity to the needs and
expectations of the group / others, by utilizing nature as a medium or a
learning tool .
