Capacity Building BPS Gianyar

In order to improve the performance capacity and cooperation of employees, As of December 14, 2016 the Central Bureau of Statistics Gianyar District Capacity Building activities in the form of Outbound. This activity is expected to improve the performance and professionalism of employees in providing services to the public. Housed in Rangkung Hill Camping Ground Bali, Capacity Building activity was preceded by the formation of a team building event (divided into groups) and competed in any form of the game in groups (fun games). In this game the participants are trained to be mutual respect, cooperation, mutual help, maintaining compactness and willing to hear the direction of the chairman of the group that has been established and agreed upon by the respective groups.

 

               Along with this outbound conducted separate event employees who entered the end phase. Packaged in event messages and handover impression recalls memento as a token of gratitude. After separating welcome event, the event continued with a variety of games that shook the tree top adrenaline. Towards the end of the event ended with lunch with the activities and storytelling keseruan outbound. All employees enjoy and impressed with the whole series of events.
